In addition to medical office visits, we provide a full range of pre-employment screenings, testing, vaccination and health screenings.

Since Summit is open 7 days a week, 8AM to 6PM, employees have the option to use services at their convenience. Our wellness programs provide employees with proactive health management tools and support.

Physical Examination

  • Complete Physical Exam - Pre Employment screening, DOT physicals and Return to Work exams

  • Wellness visits including free A1C and EKG screenings

  • Nurse visit

Tele-Health

  • As a physician owned local provider, we can provide your employees the convenience of Tele Health, along with the assurance of local services and access to specialty care when needed
